I can’t find your books in my local library. Why do you self-publish?

I’m from Panama and currently live here, and sadly, traditional publishing, as it is known in other countries, doesn’t exist here. So, due to a lack of resources, I decided to self-publish my novels. Hopefully, in the future, that changes and my books will be found in local libraries all around the world! I can’t wait to find a place that believes in my stories in the same way I do. In the meantime, you can request them locally with the ISBN numbers or get them online. Buy all my books here.

Do you write your books in English or Spanish?

I wrote my debut novel in Spanish and then translated it to English myself. Then, for the Jaded Boys, all of them have been written in English because I find it easier for me and my storytelling. I grew up bilingual thanks to my mom and our heritage.

Do you translate them yourself?

Yes, that way I can release them almost at the same time as in English, and my readers don’t have to wait much longer. It’s hard work, but I’m used to it by now.

Would you like for your books to be adapted to the big screen?

Of course! That’s one of my biggest dreams. I even know which actors I would love to bring the Jaded Boys to life.

What’s coming next after the Jaded Boys? Any ideas?

Oh, so many! I’ve got stories planned for the next ten years, so hopefully I can make them a reality. There are three books left in the Jaded Boys, so I’ve got my hands full with that. However, I have an interconnected standalone rom-com trilogy I’m planning and a historical romance novel that I have the feeling is going to be very important in my life.

DO YOU WRITE THE JADED BOYS’ SONGS YOURSELF?

Yes, I do. I love music and it’s always been a huge part of my life. Hopefully one day we get to hear them recorded professionally.
